Delete your Hairola account

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it can't be undone.

In the My Hairola app

  1. On the Portal tab, open the menu (☰) and choose Remove My Hairola Account.
  2. Enter your password to confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

Can't sign in?

Email info@hairola.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.

What happens to your data

  • Deleted: your profile, photo, favorites, notifications, device push tokens, and appointments you haven't paid for.
  • Kept without your personal details: appointments you paid for and their payment records, which providers and Hairola need for accounting and tax. Your name, address, phone number and notes are removed from them. The chat messages, reviews and ratings for those appointments stay with them.
